FAREPORTAL India Pvt Ltd: Office building redevelopment & retrofitting for the Technology wing of FIPL, which is a travel portal. It is a 660 seater independent software facility of about 60000 sq. ft. FAREPORTAL India Pvt Ltd was our recent project where we worked on their Architectural design, Interior design, MEP design, and Project Management. Project cost Approx Rs.12.75 Cr.

Capital IQ (A Standard & Poor’s Co.):Capital IQ is a BPO across three floors. The US-based group office in India is a statement in their global positioning, and it was a highly acclaimed project in interiors, exceptional architecture, and furniture design.

Spheris India Pvt. Ltd : Spheris is a global medical transcription pioneer, Its corporate office in India is an elegantly designed space much celebrated for the cutting edge tech details for various MEPs. It’s a subsidiary of Healthscribe Inc.

Great Fortune Infotech : Okhla GFI is a global trading giant with a corporate office at Okhla, New Delhi. We completed that project on a limited budget, designed in a manner that complimented its dexterous use of space and resources.

Air Hostess Academy is a Hospitality Training Academy for whom we have designed and supervised 48 centers Pan-India from 2002 to 2008. These were training centers as well as retail counters for various services in the grooming industry. They all have been live projects where we coordinated MEP also.

Pan American Institute of Medical Transcription: We also designed and supervised infrastructure/ interiors for 12 centers of the institute in NCR. They have all been live projects where we have coordinated MEP also.
